1. Who we are

USIN Scripts is an independent creator of digital FiveM resources based in Hungary. Contact support@usinscripts.com with questions.

2. Purchases and checkout

Products are promoted on this site and sold through Tebex. Tebex is the merchant of record for checkout, payments, tax collection, billing disputes, and the sale contract for a Tebex purchase. Its checkout terms apply to each order.

3. Digital products and refunds

USIN products are digital resources. Purchases are final under the store’s Tebex refund setting, except where a product is not delivered, a technical issue prevents access, or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact support first for a delivery or technical issue; billing and refund matters may need to be handled by Tebex.

4. Licence and acceptable use

Each purchase grants the purchaser the limited licence stated on the product page. Unless expressly allowed, you may not redistribute, resell, share, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or remove ownership notices from a product. You must comply with FiveM/Cfx.re, Tebex, and applicable platform rules.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep products and support available, but services, dependencies, game platforms, and integrations can change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue a product where reasonably necessary. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Changes

We may update these terms when our products, legal requirements, or services change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
